How to Book the Community Centre
BOOKING
- Check availability on the booking calendar for the space you wish to hire.
- Click the plus symbol on the day you wish to hire.
- Complete the registration form (this is required so that we are able to contact you about your booking if we need to and have an email address which we can send the invoice to (you will only need to do this once – future visits will require you to login to view/amend your bookings).
- Complete all the relevant sections of the form including the additional items such as kitchen usage for the space you wish to hire.
- Submit the request.
Your request will be reviewed by the booking team and will be accepted or we will contact you if we have any issues with your booking.
You must be over 25 to book the Wiveliscombe Community Centre
- After you’ve received confirmation you will need to sign a copy of the Hiring Agreement to secure your booking. If you have difficulty for any reason with the online process, we can arrange to do this in person.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
If you are booking the centre as a one off hire we will invoice you immediately after your booking has been reviewed (this will include our payment details) – once payment has been made in full your request will be approved.
If your booking is ongoing then you will be invoiced monthly for any sessions completed or those which have not been cancelled within 24hrs of booking.
If you need to cancel your booking please give as much notice as possible so that we are able to offer the space for booking for other parties.
The final decision on whether a booking can go ahead will be at the agreement of the trustees.
